Welcome to Rosarito Taco Grill, where the flavors of Northern Mexico come to life! Our story begins with Don Jesus, a descendant of the Taraumara Indian and a food industry veteran. Growing up in the culinary world, he developed a passion for cooking and worked his way up from a cook's helper in a French restaurant to serving celebrities and working for Wolfgang Puck.

With his wife Diliam by his side, Don Jesus decided to open his own restaurant and bring his Mexican roots to the Whittier forefront. After a successful stint in South El Monte, Don Jesus settled in Whittier and opened Enchiladas and Tamales, which quickly became a local favorite. 13 years ago, Don Jesus opened Rosarito Taco Grill, and has been serving the community with flavor ever since.

Rosarito Taco Grill is a reflection of Don Jesus's love for the 60s era, with pictures of VW buses and fun stickers adorning the walls. Don Jesus takes pride in providing a safe and welcoming environment for his loyal and supportive customers.

Come taste the authentic flavors of Mexico at Rosarito Taco Grill, where tradition meets innovation.
